Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in cost estimating and preconstruction services.
• Experience on projects ranging from $5 million to $100+ million.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings across all disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates at all levels including conceptual and schematic design.
• Support client relationships through responsiveness and clear communication.
• Participate in quality assurance processes including peer reviews.
