Job summary

Acuity-PT&C, LLC is helping the Department of Energy with critical environmental cleanup and infrastructure at the Hanford Site. We seek a seasoned Cost Estimator/Cost Analyst to support this mission.

You will perform IGCEs, cost estimates, earned value management, scheduling, and performance analysis on high-value projects, collaborating with engineers and project leaders to drive cost discipline and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree as stated, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in cost estimating, cost analysis, project controls, scheduling, or construction management
• Project/program certification (PMP, CCP, EVP, PSP) desirable
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates for capital assets and infrastructure
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontracts
• Analyze scope and drawings to defend cost estimates
• Lead estimate development and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Evaluate contractor proposals for cost reasonableness
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decisions
