Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email.
• Work products shall be thorough, accurate, and appropriately documented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Independent Government Cost Estimates and technical Evaluations.
• Support WTP with DOE EM HQ and DOE MA HQ on technical Evaluations.
• Develop and maintain WPD Cost Estimating procedures and protocols.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Knowledge of DOE policies and procedures

Experience with PROPRICER Software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline

Master’s in project management or certifications preferred
