Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates based on scopes of work for post-award construction contract changes.
• Participate in bid opening and negotiation meetings.
• Prepare, evaluate and review engineering estimates.
• Develop cost estimates for projects from feasibility to construction.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis.
