Job summary
Odyssey Systems Consulting Group in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Senior Cost Estimating Analyst to support the Attack Systems Division, FMS, at Wright Patterson AFB. The role focuses on developing robust cost estimates across all program phases and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD guidance.
You will work with advanced cost-modeling tools and collaborate with program offices to produce POEs, IGCEs, and lifecycle analyses, while applying CAIV and should/will cost techniques to optimize
Qualifications
- Citizenship: US citizen required.
- Security clearance: Secret.
- Education/experience: advanced degree with 10+ years DoD experience or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates for all phases of sensors programs using formal methods.
- Define WBS and CES structures for cost estimating.
- Prepare POEs, IGCEs, and milestone cost reviews.
- Support life cycle cost estimates and CAIV analyses.
- Apply FAR/DFARS and DoD guidance to ensure compliant analysis.
