Responsibilities

• Possess advanced knowledge to be a highly skilled Cost Estimating Analyst and work independently.
• Use cost-estimating techniques (regression, learning curves, analogies) to develop lifecycle cost estimates for acquisition programs.
• Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Estimating Structures (CES).
• Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), IGCEs, and milestone reviews with rigorous analysis.
• Support life cycle cost estimates, CAIV analyses, and should/will cost evaluations.
