HunaTek Government Solutions in Stafford/Quantico, VA hybrid is seeking a Senior Cost & Business Analytics Consultant to lead cost estimating, data analytics, and BI efforts across federal programs. You will guide clients, mentor staff, and deliver insights shaping acquisition strategies and budgeting decisions.

The role demands advanced cost modeling, data integration, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in cost analysis or analytics.
• Experience leading complex analytical tasks for federal or DoD programs.
• Advanced experience integrating large, diverse datasets.
• Proficient with Excel and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ACEIT, SEER, Crystal Ball, or @Risk; Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cost models, LCCE, ROMs, IGCEs, and affordability analyses.
• Oversee data integration of cost, technical, and program data for high-fidelity models.
• Present findings to senior leadership and government customers.
• Ensure documentation and audit-ready cost-estimating processes.
• Architect data models, analytics pipelines, and BI visualizations.
• Drive forecasting, scenario modeling, and analytics standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional teams.
