Qualifications

• Five to seven years of financial analysis experience; nursery experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Must have standard costing (activity-based costing) methodology experience and worked in manufacturing.
• Preferred experience in ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate accurate costing across product lines and sites.
• Analyze production, capacity, resource utilization, inventory and shipping performance to improve efficiency.
• Model strategic scenarios and assess ROI for process improvements and capital investments.
• Develop and automate management reporting; identify trends and provide insights.
• Lead the Finance ERP workstream and collaborate with IT/IS to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and train stakeholders to use financial data.
