• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Aufgaben

• Monitor and control total project spending, ensuring invoices, supplier claims, and subcontractor charges are verified and recorded accurately.
• Perform detailed cost status reviews, including analysis of committed costs, purchase orders, change orders, and overall budget variances.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, cash flows, progress curves, and updated spend projections for assigned projects and programs.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive cost reports highlighting open commitments, contingencies, and line-item variances.
• Lead and facilitate planning and forecasting sessions and serve as a point of contact for project cost inquiries.
• Support project close-out activities, including documentation and administrative closeout procedures.

AXG is partnered with a P.E. backed Midstream firm seeking an experienced Senior Cost Analyst to support their capital project organization with cost control, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

This role plays a key part in ensuring project budgets, commitments, and expenditures are accurately tracked and communicated in support of project delivery and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control total project spending, ensuring invoices, supplier claims, and subcontractor charges are verified and recorded accurately.
• Perform detailed cost status reviews, including analysis of committed costs, purchase orders, change orders, and overall budget variances.
