O'KeeffeCPA & Associates is seeking a Cost Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting a large DoD (Army) Program located at Fort Belvoir, VA. This position is currently cleared for telework but requires some on-site days.
Provide financial, economic, and cost analysis services as part of the project team supporting program management. Develop and maintain cost documents following DoD Acquisition Management policies, including Cost Analysis Requirements Documents (CARD), Economic Analysis Development Plans (EADP), and Economic Analyses (EA). Perform scenario and affordability analyses using historical data, cost models, and program metrics. Collaborate with program and acquisition managers on strategies, plans, and documentation. Support program business management through cost analysis, budgeting, and independent government cost estimates for contracting. Audit vendor pricing, billing, costing, and scheduling projections. Provide updates and presentations to executive offices within and outside the program.
