Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance or Economics also considered).
• 3+ years accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate/advanced Excel required.
• ERP/MRP experience (Oracle/Mainframe preferred).
• CPA/CMA/MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS/SOX and cost accounting.
• Willingness to travel 5% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budget, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Perform close tasks, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and root causes.
• Conduct profitability analyses of product lines and investments.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance; support capital planning.
• Develop knowledge of accounting systems and provide value-added recommendations.
