Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or related role.
• Experience with advanced costing methodologies including activity-based costing and target costing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), cost modules, and analytical platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Advanced Excel and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting processes and procedures.
• Assist with transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities.
• Help prepare financial statements and reports.
• Support identification and resolution of accounting discrepancies and exceptions.
• Maintain reconciliation and supporting accounting documentation.
• Support financial reporting processes and data collection and verification.
• Help prepare financial disclosures and management reporting packages.
• Support compliance with accounting standards and cost accounting policies.
• Contribute to cost frameworks and cost models for business decision-making.
• Assist with product and portfolio cost analysis, including margin analysis and target-costing support.
• Support cost analysis of semiconductor manufacturing operations and technologies.
• Assist with cost models for production processes, yield management, and technology nodes.
• Help identify manufacturing cost drivers and cost trends.
• Contribute analysis supporting manufacturing optimization, capacity planning, and technology investment decisions.
• Assist with bi-annual standard cost updates.
• Provide insight into MFG variances, PPV, E&O, and inventory reconciliations.
• Support manufacturing profitability and cost competitiveness initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including schedules, documentation, inquiries, and recommendations.
• Support accounting interfaces with operations, engineering, and supply chain.
• Contribute to cross-functional financial initiatives and process improvement.
• Document processes and procedures for knowledge transfer.
• Share accounting expertise and support training.
• Support adoption of new cost accounting tools, technologies, and digital solutions.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of accounting activities.
