The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in cost accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in public or private industry.
• Experience in medium to large company accounting environments.
• Must be a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing processes and prepare journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts for Inventory, Cost of Sales, and General Ledger.
• Analyze variances such as Purchase Price and Work Order variances.
• Assist with inventory costing and related ERP activities.
• Support internal and external audits including SOX testing.
• Track capital expenses, manage fixed assets, and handle prepaid expense amortization.
• Prepare business property tax filings.
