Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of job costing, contract accounting, or project-based manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition is highly desirable.
• Strong foundation in GAAP, financial statement analysis, and manufacturing accounting practices.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or custom production operations preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong Excel proficiency; able to work across accounting and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting and financial tracking for specialized manufacturing contracts and projects.
• Calculate and record percentage-of-completion revenue under ASC 606 guidelines.
