Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalency with one year of full-time correctional officer experience.
• Two years of full-time law enforcement experience.
• Eighteen months in state executive branch with duties leading/directing incarcerated individuals and security work.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact and supervision of incarcerated individuals to maintain discipline, safety and security.
• Assist with investigations and perform specialty security duties.
• Work schedule includes 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Sundays and Mondays off; hours may vary based on operational and investigative needs.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Two years law enforcement experience

Corrections/security leadership experience
