State of Oklahoma’s Allen Gamble Correctional Center is seeking a Correctional Security Manager II responsible for coordinating and supervising the facility's security program. Qualifications

• Four years of experience in correctional or security work for a government agency or private corrections agency.
• Minimum age of twenty (20) years when applicable.
• Possession of thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university; or a high school diploma or GED with approved training.
• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel.
• Successful completion of required training and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises correctional security functions and activities at an adult correctional facility.
• May serve as shift supervisor or chief of security in a smaller facility.
• Directs correctional emergency response team and coordinates training exercises.
• Conducts investigations of incidents during assigned shifts.
• Maintains records and prepares administrative reports for security operations.
• Liaises with local law enforcement and arranges court appearances.
