Responsibilities

• Supervise and surveil a specialized probation caseload including youthful offenders and drug offender probation.
• Perform intake, court liaison, training, and electronic monitoring device installation duties as required.
• Direct and supervise fellow probation staff and coordinate with program partners.
• Maintain offender records, monitor payments and ensure compliance with supervision conditions.
• Conduct field and office supervision visits and uses multiple contact methods to ensure compliance.
• Provide counseling and guidance to offenders and assess treatment needs and supervision objectives.
• Develop and implement structured treatment plans including education, counseling, social services and vocational training.
• Prepare and file required reports and liaise with judiciary, prosecutors and law enforcement.
