The Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager supports our Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and assisting clients to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

This role handles administrative duties, responds to inquiries, and compiles performance data, with room to expand into more complex tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.
• Use Microsoft products and UMB systems to maintain records and execute client requests with a high attention to detail.
• Use your communication skills to interact with client teams and internal groups to identify and provide solutions.
