• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, business administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in tax or accounting roles
• Experience in tax compliance and consulting in public accounting, GAAP, and US corporate tax laws
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, coach staff, and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Direct assignment of tax engagement responsibilities and allocate tasks to staff to meet timelines and budgets
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, overseeing staff workload and project execution
• Plan and review corporate tax compliance across federal, state, local, and international filings
• Supervise and mentor staff, develop training materials, and support professional growth
• Lead technical tax research and provide client guidance on tax strategies and risk mitigation
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, presenting findings and ensuring expectations are met
