Qualifications

• 5+ years advising on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures, operating agreements, and tax strategy (including preparing tax opinions)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• CPA license is desirable
• Ability to multi-task; adaptability
