Job summary

Walden Robotics, based in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to own security operations, risk assessments, and compliance. You will lead SOC 2 readiness, manage the CrowdStrike Falcon stack, and drive vulnerability management while partnering with IT, engineering, and leadership.

You will translate complex risk and technical findings for non-technical stakeholders, shape policy, and mentor peers as the security program grows with the company’s robotics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on operational work and program ownership.
• Experience preparing for or maintaining SOC 2 in a growing org including evidence collection and audits.
• Hands-on experience with EDR platforms (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender) including policy tuning and detections.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM or modern logging/detection platforms and writing/tuning rules.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of CrowdStrike Falcon stack, SIEM, EDR policy, detections, and integrations.
• Triage alerts, tune detection content, and create runbooks for common alerts.
• Lead incidents: investigate, contain, coordinate response, and write post-incident reports.
• Coordinate with CrowdStrike's managed services and incident response team for day-to-day engagements.
• Plan and run tabletop exercises with IT, engineering, and leadership; close gaps.
• Run vulnerability management cadence: scanning, patching, exception tracking across endpoints, SaaS, and identity.
• Present risk-based findings to Head of IT for sign-off.
• Run vendor and SaaS security assessments end-to-end and provide recommendations.
