Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company based in San Jose, seeks a senior Corporate Security Engineer to join the Security & Privacy team. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on endpoint security, identity and access, and application access design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $250,000 annually. The role requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration and deep experience in building secure enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate or enterprise security engineering.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with endpoint security, IAM, and application access controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build endpoint hardening controls across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS.
• Design application authentication, RBAC, and access lifecycle for integrated teams.
• Model threats to the corporate surface and drive the deployment playbooks.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response and IT on rollout.
