Job summary

Matura Farrington, Inc. partners with a leading global law firm in Silicon Valley to recruit a Senior Corporate Paralegal. You will manage transactions from formation through M&A, draft corporate documents, and coordinate approvals, signatures, and closings while overseeing capitalization tables and securities compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate transactional experience in a large law firm.
• A four-year degree or equivalent and paralegal certification.
• Experience with capitalization platforms such as Carta, Pulley, or Shareworks.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate transactions from formation and financing through M&A and exits.
• Draft corporate documents and coordinate approvals, signatures, and closings.
• Manage capitalization tables, equity plans, and securities compliance.
• Oversee due diligence, data rooms, corporate records, and UCC filings.
• Work directly with attorneys, clients, and equity holders.
