Job summary

Sheehan Phinney is hiring an experienced full-time Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate Group in Manchester, NH. The role supports attorneys on moderately complex corporate transactions, closings, and related real estate work, with independent and collaborative duties and a target of 1,400 billable hours per year.

You will draft documents, perform legal research, organize information, and communicate clearly while delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience in the practice area; knowledge of legal terminology.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe, electronic filing and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive legal work under attorney direction, including corporate transactions and closings.
• Draft documents and correspondence; conduct legal research.
• File documents with Secretaries of State and manage real estate work outside the real estate group.
