Job summary

PayPal seeks a highly experienced paralegal to join the legal team as a lead on major cases and projects. You will coordinate with counsel, clients, and outside vendors to ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include complex litigation support, corporate governance for domestic and international subsidiaries, and assisting in SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K/8-K) and M&A due diligence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• Experience with corporate governance, M&A, and SEC filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and management of complex cases, including high-volume litigation and corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic input during case planning, research, and pre-trial preparations.
• Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents with minimal legal counsel oversight.
• Oversee and coordinate discovery processes, including document production and e-discovery management.
• Train, mentor, and review work of junior paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain direct client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring superior service quality.
