Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is required.
• In-house experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and management of complex cases, including high-volume litigation and corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic input during case planning, research, and pre-trial preparations.
• Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents with minimal oversight.
• Oversee and coordinate discovery processes, including document production and e-discovery management.
• Train, mentor, and review the work of junior paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain direct client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring superior service quality.
