About The Company
RemX by Employbridge has partnered with a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in their search for a Corporate and Securities Paralegal.

About The Role
This is a hybrid position, three days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and remote (Monday and Friday).

Responsibilities

• Providing deal support for the Corporate and Securities team—Partners and Associates
• Managing the Corporate and Securities paralegal program by supervising and training junior paralegals
• Leveraged finance experience is a must!
• Conducting and reviewing pre-closing and post-filing UCC/Lien searches; drafting related summary charts
• Preparing, reviewing, and filing UCC filings (including alternative types)
• Maintaining proficiency with UCC via seminars and monitoring code revisions
• Managing a tickler system to track UCC filings for the deal's duration, including amendments and continuations
• Preparing and filing organizational documents for various business entities
• Preparing resolutions for M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, iManage/Worksite/Share Point
• Billable hours target: 1500

Pay Range And Compensation
Salary between $100K-$145K, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits. The firm offers training, mentoring, and internal promotions. Multiple placements in IP, corporate, finance, and real estate have been made.
