Job summary

The Campbell Law Group, P.A. in Coral Gables seeks a full-time Corporate/Business Transactional Associate to handle corporate, commercial and real estate matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and advising clients under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active Florida Bar license, 3–10+ years in corporate/real estate transactions, and strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; remote/hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school and active Florida Bar in good standing.
• Knowledge of Corporate law; Employment, Real Estate or Construction Law a plus.
• 3–10+ years of experience in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, organizational and research skills.
• Good negotiation skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job description

The Campbell Law Group, P.A. is seeking a full-time Corporate/Business Transactional Associate to join its team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a boutique law firm in Coral Gables. The selected candidate will be responsible for various corporate, commercial and real estate matters.The candidate will be drafting agreements and documents which are customary in corporate/business, commercial and real estate transactions, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts, ensuring clients are compliant with all government rules and laws, helping corporate client’s problem solve issues that come up, corresponding with opposing counsel, helping resolve pre-suit business disputes, as well as providing sound legal advice and best practices tips to clients.The candidate must be comfortable communicating directly with clients and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under strict deadlines.

This Position Has The Following Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school,
• Active member of the Florida Bar who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to practice law
• Knowledge of Corporate law. Knowledge of Employment, Real Estate or Construction Law a plus.
• 3– 10+ years of experience preferably in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, organizational and research skills a must.
• Good negotiation skills a plus
• Fully bilingual a plus (English and Spanish), but not required.
• Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, and legal research platforms

Job Environment & Conditions

• Beautiful warm and friendly boutique office environment.
• Salary between $100k to $130k depending on experience and skill of the attorney.
• Billable hours expected: 25-35 hours per week depending on experience and salary.
