• Minimum of six years of experience advising corporate clients on expansions/relocations in the US.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex corporate matters.
• Draft briefs, contracts, and other legal documents with precision.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
• Negotiate economic development incentives for clients.
