24 Seven Talent seeks an Event Account Executive – Planner to lead corporate event opportunities from first inquiry through post-event wrap-up. You will blend business development, client service, event planning, and project management to create exceptional experiences for corporate clients.

The role requires collaboration with internal design and production teams, development of customized proposals, and management of budgets, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience planning or managing corporate events, conferences, or large-scale gatherings.
• Proven track record of delivering complex events from concept to execution.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, cultivate, and manage inbound leads from multiple channels.
• Build lasting relationships with corporate planners and prospective clients.
• Lead discovery conversations, document client needs, and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Partner with designers to develop proposals and pitch presentations.
• Manage corporate events from kickoff through post-event follow-up.
• Create and maintain event budgets, schedules, and project plans.
