• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and Michigan license required.
• Demonstrated success independently negotiating complex agreements and managing transactions end-to-end.
• Strong business judgment and ability to evaluate legal risks in business terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize complex commercial agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations balancing legal protections, business objectives, and operations.
• Develop scalable contract processes to support efficient decision-making and growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
• Lead negotiations involving leases, acquisitions, and property transactions.
• Support real estate opportunities and site development across the organization.
• Provide legal guidance to support real estate strategy and expansion.
