Job summary

Amazon seeks a Corporate Counsel to support a team focused on enhancing shopping experiences for customers. You will partner with product and engineering teams, advise on privacy and regulatory matters, and help shape legal strategy for new features and products.

You will interact with senior executives and drive timely, business-minded legal solutions across the organization. The role requires substantial post‑bar experience in privacy and corporate law, with a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Experience in Privacy Law.
• Experience advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent.
• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
