• Experience drafting and managing complex real estate and corporate docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate transaction work including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related real estate docs.
• Draft and negotiate broad commercial contracts with vendors and partners.
• Oversee due diligence, title reviews, and closing documentation for transactions.
• Provide governance and regulatory guidance for company matters.
