Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in one state
• Experience in private practice or in-house at a technology company
• Experience with telecommunications regulatory matters
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Responsibilities

• Advise engineering and product teams on legal and regulatory implications of network architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Develop scalable legal frameworks for evaluating technical and operational changes
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions
• Build cross-functional processes to scale while maintaining legal oversight
