PHI Health in Tempe, AZ seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead enterprise-wide contracting, focusing on commercial agreements, corporate transactions, and regulatory matters. The role partners with internal teams to align legal risk with business goals in a fast-paced healthcare and aviation services environment.

Ideal candidate has a JD, licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and business transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise-wide corporate contracts and transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad and diverse array of commercial agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice regarding contractual rights, obligations, risks, and dispute resolution.
• Partner with business leaders and corporate functions to support business initiatives and transactions.
• Identify legal, regulatory, and financial risks and develop practical solutions to mitigate them.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and standard processes.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as necessary.
