Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Clinical Contracts to support the review, negotiation, and execution of clinical contracts across departments. You will draft and negotiate agreements to protect the company, ensure compliance, and align with business objectives.

This role partners with clinical, quality, medical affairs, finance, R&D, HR, IT and other internal clients, handling agreements from clinical trial agreements to vendor contracts and data privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to a US state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5+ years of major law firm and/or in-house experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (US and ex-US).

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, analyze and negotiate clinical related contracts including clinical trial agreements, ISTs, collaboration and development agreements, sponsored research agreements, and CRO agreements.
• Negotiate ancillary agreements such as quality agreements, pharmacy and radiology agreements, master services agreements and related statements of work.
• Liaise between internal business units and external parties to address contract issues and mitigate risk.
