Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Serve as lead product counsel on strategic initiatives, product launches, and commercial matters for the Alexa business
• Advise product, engineering, and business teams on legal considerations and risks related to AI-powered products, voice technology, consumer devices, and digital services
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on complex technology, licensing, distribution, marketing, and commercial agreements
• Provide practical legal guidance in a wide range of areas, including intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection, digital media, and regulatory compliance matters
• Counsel teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch and post-launch operations, including pre-litigation disputes and inquiries
• Develop creative, business-oriented solutions and strategies to mitigate legal risk while supporting innovation and growth
• Support the development of scalable legal frameworks and processes that enable rapid product development while maintaining customer trust and minimizing risk
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders, such as engineering, product management, privacy, public policy, and business development.
