A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their remote Legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in commercial contracts and legal compliance, along with a J.D. from an accredited law school. This position involves reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing legal support, and assisting in corporate transactions. A collaborative attitude and superior communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Salary Range: $50,000-$150,000
