Atrium Staffing LLC is partnering with an international manufacturing company in Essex County, New Jersey to hire a Corporate Controller. This role reports to the CFO with a dotted line to the CEO, taking ownership of the end-to-end accounting cycle, close processes, and internal controls across domestic and international operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting, manufacturing cost experience, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Competenze

• Experience leading accounting functions and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and cost accounting.
• Ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership.

Mansioni

• Own the full accounting cycle, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and schedules.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies across the org.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance for domestic and international entities.
• Oversee manufacturing costing, standard costing, COGS, and variances.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and third parties for audits.
• Support CFO in budgeting, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, profitability reviews, and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with ops, supply chain, sales to improve working capital.
• Assist cash flow forecasting and treasury planning.
• Provide insights to improve automation and finance scalability.
• Lead and develop accounting personnel toward continuous improvement.
