Job summary

Hydra Host is seeking a seasoned compliance attorney to lead and shape its global compliance program, focusing on data privacy, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product to embed compliance into the business.

The role offers autonomy and opportunities to design risk-based policies, procedures, and controls as the company scales, working with executive leadership to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data privacy, BSA/AML compliance.
• Ability to design and operate risk-based policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ability to partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Lead areas such as data privacy and BSA/AML compliance.
• Help build and run Hydra Host's global compliance program.
• Design and operate risk-based policies, procedures, and controls.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product to embed compliance into the business.
• Take ownership of or support trade compliance, government contracting, anti-bribery and corruption, competition, and security compliance.
• Divide responsibilities with the Head of Compliance and other team members based on experience, needs, and interests.
• Shape the compliance function as Hydra Host scales.
• Report to the Head of Compliance.
