Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist in Corporate Communications to shape and protect Pearson’s reputation across internal and external channels. The role spans executive and issues communications while supporting the Virtual Learning business and broader priorities including AI innovation.

You will craft narratives, brief leaders, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR to deliver polished materials and high-impact communications across a global audience.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across Corporate, Strategic or Integrated Communications.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong narrative development for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive and reactive communications across PR, internal communications, social media, customer communications, public affairs and crisis communications.
• Develop narratives and messaging frameworks aligned to corporate priorities.
• Support Virtual Learning and wider Pearson priorities like AI Innovation.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Media Relations and HR.
• Prepare senior leaders for media opportunities and events.
