Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its Seattle practice in a hybrid role. This attorney will handle sophisticated corporate matters, manage high-level client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the firm’s corporate practice.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and securities matters and can draft and negotiate complex agreements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate law experience.
• Active Washington State Bar membership.
• Strong experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and securities matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to advise clients on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and business judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex matters under tight deadlines.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys and legal professionals.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
• Business development experience preferred.
