Job summary

You will advise venture-backed and backable companies on day-to-day matters and represent investors and companies in financing rounds and M&A deals, with frequent interaction with CEOs, boards, and venture funds.

Qualifications

• JD 2018-2020 required.
• Admission to or eligibility to waive into the State Bar of Georgia preferred.
• Experience in venture capital financings, growth/private equity, and M&A transactions valued.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Counsel startups and venture-backed companies on day-to-day matters.
• Represent companies and investors in venture financing, growth equity, and M&A transactions.
• Maintain significant client contact with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds.
