Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking a remote accounting professional to manage monthly general ledger reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and journal entries. You will coordinate intercompany eliminations and accruals, and support audits and tax requests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3 years of related experience, and strong knowledge of US GAAP and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries as needed.
• Prepare monthly sales commission calculations and related journal entries.
• Assist with intercompany balances, eliminations, and reconciliations across entities.
• Assist with accruals, prepaids and recurring corporate-level adjustments.
• Assist with external audit and tax requests, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Assist with treasury daily cash reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments on process improvements and system enhancements.
