Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in general accounting and payroll related experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant accounting position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll and benefits reconciliations and analyses.
• Review related monthly accruals and allocations.
• Confirm accuracy of automated postings monthly.
• Run reports on equity compensation.
• Address questions from business unit accountants.
• Perform analytical reviews of payroll and benefit accounts.
• Develop strong understanding of costing structures.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly deliverables.
• Partner with the team processing payroll.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX.
• Assist other team members within Corporate Accounting.
• Support special projects.

Skills

Proficient with Excel, including pivot tables
