Job summary

You will own day-to-day accounting, support monthly and quarterly close, and drive automation initiatives across systems. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus Workday experience, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, public accounting is preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills; Workday Financials experience is a plus.

Senior Corporate Accountant

Our Client, a leading investment management firm on Boston's North Shore, is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial accounting team where you’ll have broad exposure to corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement while partnering with senior leadership and helping drive technology and automation initiatives

This position will pay between 100-115K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting and play a key role in monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Support financial reporting, liquidity management, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally on accounting systems, automation, and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least some experience in public accounting strongly preferred
