What to Expect
- Job Responsibilities: Provide technical, educational, and sales support for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) sales and customer service objectives
- Collaborate with the regional CRDN sales strategy and assist with implementation to achieve business plans
- Represent the employer during procedures and provide troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to CRDN products
- Maintain open communication with district personnel and manage customer service documentation
What is Required
- Qualifications: High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales; or an Associate degree with 6 years of experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to the medical device industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
