Medtronic plc is seeking a Principal/Senior Therapy Consultant to lead CoreValve/TAVR sales across a multi-city territory including San Jose, San Francisco, and Honolulu. The role emphasizes clinical and technical support, case planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive procedural adoption and patient outcomes.

The position requires substantial travel (50–70%), a strong clinical background, and a track record in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years OR associate's degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in medical device sales and TAVR procedures preferred.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time; territory includes San Jose, San Francisco, and Honolulu.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing account strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Provide clinical and technical expertise to support implant procedures and educate customers on product indications and safe device use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
