• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in precision manufacturing or assembly.
• 2+ years in lead/senior/mentoring role or demonstrated ability to train technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations for core stacking, ensure schedules and quality targets are met.
• Mentor and train technicians on assembly, quality inspection, and safety.
• Serve as SME for core stacking configurations and assembly optimization.
• Direct complex assembly of transformer core components using pre-cut laminations.
