Top Echelon Software, LLC, in Austin, TX, seeks a Sr Pipeline Infrastructure Software Engineer to own Avride's core pipeline framework and help advance its autonomous mobility stack.

You will work with autonomy teams to design and implement high-performance, low-latency systems in C++17/20, establish testing and observability, and mentor others while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in production systems using modern C++.
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency, safety-critical systems.
• Proven ability to independently design and ship complex systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own design and evolution of Avride's core pipeline framework from requirements to production.
• Set performance and safety standards; write high-performance C++ and build monitoring.
• Own data compatibility and algorithm reproducibility for autopilot quality.
• Build developer tooling and observability to help engineers diagnose issues.
• Lead testing infrastructure and CI practices for autopilot code.
• Advocate for simplicity, maintainability, and clear design documentation.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and align architecture with stakeholders.
